Mark Jeffers has been in the real estate business for over 20 years.  He started out as a salesperson, graduated to managing a company of 120 agents, moved to Michigan to work with one of the top 10 independent RE firms in the country, worked for LendingTree/Realestate.com on the vendor side of the business and now is a business consultant with a national franchisor.  He also prefers to refer to himself in the third person.
